My plan so far

Okay so I don't know if my plan seems a bit far fetched or not, but my goal is to lose 1kg per week.
Right now I am using Noom Coach app to monitor my food intake and also key in any exercises or activities that I have done.

I love to swim so I am going to make it into a tool to lose weight. I will also try to jog three times this week for an hour(interval jog and walk).

The problem is how I consume food so I am relying on Noom coach app for the time being and at the same time I will look for articles on how to eat properly.

My weakness is cheesy food and also fried food.
