*Taking a deep breath~
Okay here it goes. So since it is 2016 and I have been eager to lose weight so much I have decided to write a blog that will tell you my experience in losing weight not just in terms of the how to but really share my emotions and how I perceive things as we go by. I hope that by the end of the year of 2016 I will weigh 55kg as right now my weight is approximately plus minus 76kg so I have a longggg way to go. I started to be serious in losing weight from 2014 and from there I lost roughly around 11kg so now I have another 20 more to go. >.<
I hope that I can be persistent in doing so.
